He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely customer centered. A truly exceptional sales experience! From beginning to end, he was thorough, friendly, interested in my needs and flexible, even when I changed my mind a bit. He was also honest, trustworthy, and very authentic. The entire transaction felt like a friendly, honest conversation and yet I ended up with an amazing deal, thanks to Rafael! Now this is the place to go if you want to be treated well. As you walk in, they acknowledge you, within seconds, you are asked to be helped and it's just great from that point. A good start, on Black Friday, I went in there and worked with Chad in the TV department who was patient, helpful, knowledgeable... not pushy, but was providing me with the information I needed to make my choices. It was around 2:30pm - 3:00pm when I went there for the 65 B7 LG TV after I was treated horribly next door at Best Buy. They made my day, what a difference, it's like night and day, I was begging to get helped at Best Buy while I was ignored. Feeling subhuman, I went to PC Richard & Son, was greeted immediately, 3 people, not just one, asked to help me within seconds. I bought my TV and was also able to get some minor price adjustments. Great store, great customer service... it goes a long way and make you feel good at the end for sure.... Keep up the good work and Thank you guys!!!
Rich in Eatontown professionally installed my son's car stereo that we bought for his birthday. I am so glad it came out looking good. We will definitely consider using Rich again now that it is clear he knows what he is doing and can obtain the level of satisfaction that is hard to come by these days.
Matt at the PC Richard & Son store in Eatontown was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect mattress. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he right away directed me to the perfect mattress. No hassle, no haggle and no games. Matt was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel at ease. Sometimes buying a mattress can be stressful because you're spending a lot of money and you want to make the right choice, but Matt definitely made the whole experience pleasurable. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a mattress go to PC Richard & Son in Eatontown and ask for Matt to help you. You will be very happy you did so!
This is a good appliance store. The sales people are pretty good and don't get too in your face, and they're knowledgeable (or they're research to find your answer). We've been in here quite a lot, and the sales guys offer their names and numbers in case we want to get back to them (but again, this was done in a nice way). It's more personal than Best Buy, and sometimes the prices are better.
